Banana Celery Juice: sweet, easy to digest, cheap, fast, filling! Bananas: RIPE golden yellow, NO green, maybe small brown spots. Organic celery if possible. Wash, cut 4-6 celery stalks into half-inch pieces. Blend w/enough water to cover. Add 2-3 bananas, either broken or cut into small pieces. Makes 3 big glasses. Put extra in GLASS jars in fridge.
