Watermelon Juice...

Watermelons, like all melons, are tastiest when in season. Watermelon is well-known for its diuretic properties. Helps eliminate water retention. Carefully cut off the dark green rind, but KEEP the light green, and chop into small pieces. Put a little filtered water into blender, add watermelon, blend. Drink up.
