Israeli Salad

2 tomatoes, diced
2 Persian cucumbers, diced
1 green or red bell pepper, diced (green peppers are not considered ripe, although commonly eaten. Opt for red whenever available)
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley (curly or Italian)
1 small onion OR 1 bunch green onions, chopped
